Women in the Packaging Sector

We invite you to a unique event – the discussion panel "Women in the Packaging Sector," taking place on the first day of this year's TAROPAK Trade Fair. This will be the first opportunity in Poland to discuss the role of women in the packaging sector at a trade fair dedicated to the packaging industry.

On November 13th at 2 PM, the inaugural edition of "Women in the Packaging Sector" will bring together leading women from the packaging industry and representatives from key economic sectors.

The packaging sector is not only about technology and innovation but also about the people who drive it – with women playing an increasingly significant role. During the panel discussion, we will share insights from a female perspective on the industry, the daily challenges faced, and how they are shaping the future of the sector.

Marek Kich, CEO of Satisfly, will moderate the discussion. Among the featured speakers will be:

who are also co-organizers of the event.

The topics covered will address generational change and organizational culture within the packaging industry, the impact of younger women on the packaging market, as well as customer behavior and awareness regarding packaging products. We will also explore current trends in packaging both in Poland and internationally, along with initiatives in the industry that aim to reduce consumerism.

The “Women in the Packaging Sector” panel will take place on November 13, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, on the main stage of the TAROPAK Trade Fair in Aleja Lipowa.

This unique gathering of women in the packaging sector aims to foster experience sharing, network building, and dialogue on the future of the industry.
