Yanko was founded on October 1, 1990. The company's name has a unique meaning – it comes from the name Jan, which was carried by two grandfathers of one of the founders, and from the name of the village of Jankowice. This short and easy-to-pronounce name was designed from the very beginning with smooth communication with foreign business partners in mind. As early as 1992, the company started producing packaging, and in 1995, it produced its first printed pouch and launched a line of paper packaging.

Comprehensive Offer – From Film to Eco-Friendly Paper

The enterprise provides full service – from graphic design to the finished packaging for the food and industrial sectors:

• Plastic Packaging and Laminates: The main part of production, including films with flexographic printing (up to 8 colors), film laminates (duplex and triplex), and a wide selection of pouches made of mono and multi-layer films.
• Paper Packaging: Technologically advanced folded paper bags that protect products from drying out, as well as regular paper sheets, paper laminated with HDPE film, and PE-coated paper – ideal for packaging cheese and cold cuts.
• Environmentally Friendly Packaging: Innovative AQY PAPER. This is a barrier paper that is 100% recyclable. Thanks to a special copolymer and wax coating, it provides excellent resistance to grease and water, serving as a great alternative to plastics.

Modern Production and Logistics

All products are manufactured using advanced technological processes: flexographic printing, precise slitting, laminating, and sealing (DOYPACK, FLOW-PACK, or vacuum pouches). An internal quality control laboratory and an in-house ink mixing room equipped with spectrophotometers ensure production consistency. Efficient shipping is guaranteed by a modern high-bay warehouse with approximately 500 pallet spaces, managed by an advanced WMS system.
