Polish Chamber of Print Becomes the Industry Partner of the TAROPAK Trade Fair

We are pleased to announce that the upcoming edition of the TAROPAK Trade Fair has been granted the Industry Patronage of the Polish Chamber of Print. This important partnership highlights the event's significance for the printing and printed packaging sectors.

About the Polish Chamber of Print

For over 30 years, the Polish Chamber of Print has been the largest nationwide economic self-government organization representing companies in the printing sector, printed packaging, as well as suppliers of technology and materials for the industry. It serves as a platform for cooperation among entrepreneurs, scientific institutions, industry organizations, and public administration, supporting the development of a competitive, innovative, and sustainable printing industry. The Chamber actively represents the interests of the industry in Poland and abroad, participates in legislative consultations, and collaborates with national and international industry organizations.

Education and Skills Development

One of the core pillars of the Chamber's activity is professional skills development. As part of the Academy of the Polish Chamber of Print, training courses, workshops, conferences, and webinars are organized, addressing the key issues affecting business operations, including PPWR, EUDR, ESG, EPR, process automation, artificial intelligence, and modern technologies applied in printing and packaging production. The educational offer is dedicated to management personnel, specialists, and technical staff.

The Polish Chamber of Print acts as a partner of the Industry Center of Skills in printing, bookbinding, and packaging in Opole, supporting the development of a modern vocational education system. Activities include cooperation with schools, universities, and enterprises, co-creating curricula, organizing training for teachers and adults, and implementing 16 sector-specific qualifications tailored to current labor market needs. The Chamber also participates in research and development projects as well as initiatives supporting knowledge transfer between science and business.

The BEST Project and 2026 Report

An important initiative carried out by the Polish Chamber of Print is the international BEST (Business, Education, Science, Technology) project, aiming to build lasting cooperation between business, education, science, and technology. The project focuses on developing future skills, digitalization, automation, leveraging artificial intelligence, and establishing common European educational and qualification standards for the printing and packaging sector.

An integral part of the project is the upcoming 2026 Report "The Printing and Printed Packaging Market in Central Europe" – one of the most comprehensive studies dedicated to the sector in the region. The publication will feature macroeconomic analyses, market research, technological trends, educational topics, enterprise survey results, and industry development prospects in Central Europe, serving as a valuable source of knowledge for entrepreneurs, investors, and public institutions.

Internationalization and Industry Awards

Internationalization of Polish enterprises remains another crucial area of activity. The Polish Chamber of Print organizes trade missions and trips to the world's most major industry events, including drupa, interpack, FESPA Global Print Expo, Sino-Label, and ALL in Print China, supporting export growth and establishing international business contacts. The Chamber is also the organizer of the "Golden Griffin" National Printing Competition, widely recognized as the most prestigious award in the Polish printing industry.
