Submit Your Product and Compete for the TAROPAK Gold Medal
The GOLD MEDAL is the most recognizable award in Poland, given for the high level of innovation in products. The winners are selected by a prestigious panel of experts. The competition rewards innovation, creativity, and modernity.
Only products and services that stand out in the market for their quality, technological, and functional features can compete for the Gold Medal.
Applications for the Gold Medal Competition
Products eligible for the Gold Medal Competition must have the required legal certificates, approvals, attestations, or other documents, including authorization for use and market circulation in Poland, without the need for additional laboratory, operational, or experimental testing.
Submissions to the competition may include:
- individual products,
- groups of products that are homogeneous in terms of function, construction, and technology (e.g., sets, kits, lines, programs),
- products that are systems (e.g., software) or consist of several interconnected elements.
The competition jury, composed of experts, will evaluate the submitted products, paying special attention to:
- modernity of the solutions compared to global standards,
- degree of innovation,
- cost-effectiveness and operation of the product (price, operational and service costs, disposal costs),
- environmental impact, including methods of regeneration, recycling, biodegradability,
- material and energy efficiency,
- product functionality (understood as a combination of usability and practicality),
- product aesthetics.
To enter the competition, products must be submitted via the Exhibitors’ Zone portal. The submission must include the appropriate documentation—certificates, photos, product description, and the manufacturer’s logo—along with the registration fee.
Product submissions for the TAROPAK Gold Medal Competition are accepted until October 11, 2024
Promotion of Gold Medal Awarded Products
The GOLD MEDAL is not just an award, it is a promotional strategy for the winning companies, starting at the TAROPAK Trade Fair. This prestigious award confirms the product’s excellence and significantly contributes to its market promotion.
The awarding of the prestigious Gold Medal trophies and diplomas takes place during a Gala ceremony, attended by exhibitors and invited guests.
The visual identification of the winning products, in the form of a stand and large sticker with the Gold Medal logo, makes them stand out among the numerous exhibition stands in the halls.
The promotional package for the winning product or service includes both printed materials and digital files for further use. Information about the Gold Medal-winning products is also distributed to national and industry media outlets.
