The GMUND BIO CYCLE collection of eco-friendly papers

Gmund Bio Cycle – the perfect reflection of the ecological cycle. Paper is made of plant fibres and is compostable, providing nutrients for the growth of new plants. 50% of this paper consists of resource-saving fibres such as wheat straw, grass, cotton and cannabis. The Gmund Bio Cycle is a declaration of environmental performance and provides companies that use it with ecologically visible added value in terms of design, feel and reliability.
Bag packing machine RM - 55 HAI

A novelty in the RM-55 HAI machine is a pre-prepared bag made of a foil sleeve, and the mechanism for cutting off the appropriate length of the sleeve prepares the bag for sealing the bottom. A new impulse sealing system has been used in the machine, which ensures high efficiency and repeatable quality of the welded joint. The sealing system is based on a pulse sealing process with sensorless temperature control for optimal sealing results. To further increase the efficiency of the machine, a fluid temperature regulator has been used, which cools the seal while forming the bag. Due to the high weight of the roll (200 kg), a hydraulic system has been used for the automatic unwinder of the foil sleeve.

TruePaper – eco-friendly ultrasonic and heat sealable paper band

TruePaper is an environmentally friendly ultrasonic and heat sealable paper band. TruePaper is optionally made of at least 95% pure paper or more than 50% recycled fibres, can be recycled in the normal cycle and is suitable for direct food contact. TruePaper contains a water-based binder that can be bonded using ultrasonic and heat seal technology. TruePaper complies with Directive 2019/904/EU, the circular economy laws of France and Spain, and is FSC certified.
